Sometimes Android users ask us “Why does Hoccer needs access to my Personal Infromations?”. Remember that Android has a fine grained set of permissions and any user needs to accept the special needs of an App prior to installation. Hoccer needs a very big bunch of permissions to work properly. Of course this includes internet access and location informations. But also Hoccer must have access to your contact list and browser history to throw and catch these kind of items.
We do not read your data to store or sell them. Our App just needs these permissions on Android to integrate well with the system and other installed applications. Our iPhone version does the same stuff — but Apple allows by default all applications in the AppStore to access contacts and bookmarks.
