Therefore, Hoccer GmbH will treat your personal data with great care and is commited to the confidentiality of your personal data, traffic data and communications content. All data will be treated in accordance with the principles of the German Federal Data Protection Law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG). Within the fhe following paragraphs we want to explain in detail how hoccer uses and safeguards the information you provide using the Hoccer application and our website.
Data used
You can consult www.hoccer.com without revealing your identity. Data collected using Piwik (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages consulted) are not used to personally identify visitors or link personal details to the pseudonym holder but only for service and optimisation purposes. On the basis of this data, user profiles are created under a pseudonym. If your browser allows, cookies may be stored on your hard disk. Data capture and storage can be cancelled at any time for future effect.
Using the Hoccer App will not bring out your real identity. But technical requirements force us to temporary cache data transferred via the Hoccer application. We wipe this data as soon as the transfer is done. Usage informations generated by our web service to make the data transfer possible are associated via a self generated device id similar to cookies and include your IP address, geo location measurements, MIME-type, client version, type of action and quality of connection. They are only kept for statistical purposes. Hoccer GmbH will not associate these data with any other information.
Data Protection
In any case, the use of your data is restricted to the internal activities of Hoccer GmbH. We do not pass any of this data to third parties. Hoccer takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the data provided or collected. All data is stored on servers located in Germany. Only a few authorized individuals who are technically or commercially involved in the maintenance of the servers o the Hoccer services have access to this data.
Data Deletion
Personal information given to us can be accessed and deleted at any time by it’s owner.
Exclusion of liability
Although we make every effort to verify outside material we are unable to accept liability for the content of external links. Responsibility for this material lies solely with the relevant website owners.
